Returns and exchanges

You have 15 calendar days from the delivery of your purchase to make any change or return. 

Please note that:

  • The changes that can be made are: changes of ring size (same model) or changes in the case the piece received is wrong or defective.
  • Returns of personalized jewellery (engraved jewellery) or special orders (rings in sizes 9 and 19-24, indicated as such in the size selector you use to place your order) are not accepted.

Exchanges from Peninsular Spain, the Balearic Islands or Portugal

In order to manage the change of size of your ring, please, contact us at info@la-musa.com

You have a period of 15 days to do so, counting from the day when you receive your parcel.

Once the exchange request has been communicated, we will send our carrier to pick up the piece. This service is free for a first size change.

Please note that the jewellery and its packaging must be in perfect condition and must not show obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange cannot be made. Remember to introduce the order number in the package.

Our carrier will contact you to pick it up. If, once the pick up is scheduled, it cannot be carried out because there is no one at the collection point or because the package is not ready, the cost of a subsequent service must be paid by the buyer.

Once the piece is received in our offices, we will contact you to inform about the delivery of the new one.

EXCHANGES from EU

Countries and regions for which it is applicable: Canary Islands, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden.

In order to manage the change of size of your ring, please, contact us at info@la-musa.com and inform us about the order number, the piece that you want to change and the new size.

The cost of transport must be borne by the buyer.

We will ship the new piece free of charge.

Shipments with origin or destination in the Canary Islands may generate taxes and expenses, such as customs management fees, that must be borne by the buyer.

Once the piece is received in our offices, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery of the new one.

EXCHANGES from the rest of the world

In order to manage the change of size of your ring, please, contact us at info@la-musa.com and tell us the order number, the piece that you want to exchange and the correct size.

You have a period of 15 days to do so, once your order is received

You will have to send us the piece through a courier company of your choice and place a new order with the correct size.The shipping address is:

Please note that jewellery and its packaging must be in perfect condition and must not show obvious signs of use; otherwise, the exchange cannot be made. Remember to introduce the order number in the package.

The shipping cost to returm the ring will be borne by the customer. The new piece will be sent free of charge for orders from 500 €.

International shipments may carry additional taxes, tariffs, as well as customs management expenses that, in any case, must be borne by the buyer. The package must arrive at the warehouse with duties and taxes already paid, otherwise, it will be returned to the sender and the return request will be refused.

LA MUSA is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during the transport.

Once the piece is received in our offices, we will proceed to the corresponding refund. This will be made in the same payment method with which you made the purchase. Likewise, we will contact you to inform you about the delivery of the new piece.

RETURNS

To proceed with a return you must follow these steps:

- Contact us at info@la-musa.com indicating the order number and the piece you wish to return.

- Send us the piece through a courier company to the following address:

Please remember that if you received a gift with your purchase, it must be included in the package to be returned. Likewise, you must include the invoice or order number inside the box.

The cost of the shipment must be paid by the customer.

Taxes, fees, tariffs and customs expenses that, where appropriate, may arise in international shipments or shipments made from the Canary Islands must be borne by the buyer. The package must arrive at the warehouse with duties and taxes already paid, otherwise, it will be returned to the sender and the return request will be refused.

LA MUSA is not responsible for losses or damages that could occur during transportation.

Once the piece is received, we will proceed to the corresponding refund in the same method of payment used in the purchase. You will receive it within a maximum period of two weeks.

Wrong or defective product - EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

In the event that, by mistake, you have received a part other than the one you purchased or that it is defective, please follow these steps:

- Contact us at info@la-musa.com indicating the order number and send us a photo of the wrong or defective product. Tell us if you want to change or return it.

- We will send our carrier to pick up the piece.

Please have the package ready so that both the piece of jewellery and its box are well protected. Remember that if you have received a gift with your purchase, it must be included in the package to be returned. Likewise, you must accompany it with the invoice or the order number.

LA MUSA is not responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during transport.

Once the piece has been received and the error or defect has been verified, we will proceed to send you the new one, if what you want is an exchange. If what you want is a return, we will proceed to process the refund in the same method of payment used in the purchase. You will receive it within a maximum period of two weeks.
